CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any order before it is shipped, either by calling our customer service centre at 2311 205080 or by sending an email to info@s4pragnesh.etennisdev.eu.
In addition, in accordance with Greek legislation (Law 2251/1994), you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, without having to provide a reason for your decision.
If you wish, you may notify us in writing, by email or post, of the reason for returning the product or products. We will then send you all the necessary instructions regarding the return process. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. e-tennis will refund only the value of the products purchased and not the original shipping costs of the order.
All products must be returned in excellent condition and ready for resale.
Order Reservation
An online or telephone order may remain reserved at an e-tennis store for up to seven (7) days from the date it is placed. After the seventh day, the order is automatically cancelled.
If you wish to keep your order reserved for longer than seven (7) days, it must be paid in full in advance. In this case, the order may remain reserved for as long as you wish. However, after the seventh day from the date the order was placed, no partial or full refund can be issued.
